Mango Balls with Yogurt and Nutty Dry Fruits

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 100 ml sweet yogurt
  • 50ml fresh cream
  • 50ml condensed milk
  • 50ml vanilla icecream
  • ½ tbsp vanilla essence
  • 3tbps almonds slicely cut into pieces
  • 3tbsp cashew nuts slicely cuts
  • 3tbsp pistachios
  • 3tbsp raisin
  • 100grams sugar
  • 1tbsp butter
  • a pinch of cinnamon powder 

Methods

  1. Peel the skin of the mangoes and make small balls with the help of the scoop. Place the mango balls in a fridge to chill.
  2. In a bowl, add yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla essence, cream and mix with a whisk to make fluffy and add vanilla ice-cream. Mix well and keep this in deep refrigerator.
  3. In a pan melt butter, add sugar and 2 tbsp water and add all the dry fruits into it. Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove it from heat.
  4. Now in a plate, place the yogurt mixture in the center and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it. Put the mango balls al around then pour the nutty dry fruits on all sides of the mango balls and yogurt mixture. Garnish and serve chilled.
