Apple puree: Apple is a perfect fruit that can be offered to babies because of its sweet taste. It is appeasing to their taste buds and is easily digestible and is unlikely to cause any sort of allergies. You can simply steam the fruit using a steamer or even pressure cook it with water. Once it is cooked, mash it using a blender. It is rich in vitamin C and fiber and helps to relieve constipation.
Banana puree: Bananas can be introduced as early as four months, but the recommended age for solids is six months. It is not only easy to prepare, but little babies love the taste of bananas. Mango puree: Mangoes at times poses allergic risk for infants so be careful before introducing mango.
